Our lights are super durable and are built to last! When cleaning your ring light take a microfiber cloth with warm water and soap and gently wipe off any dirt and dust.

Return/exchange

We will gladly issue an exchange or return within 30 days of purchase. Please email support@twelvemondays.com to start the claim process.

 

Where do you ship?

We can ship worldwide, however due to the covid-19 outbreak, your country may not be accepting shipments. Please email support@twelvemondays.com if you are unsure. Your product will be shipped around 5-7 business days but please note it may be affected due to covid-19 and high demand. Shipping is free worldwide.

How can I track my order?
